Europa Play off Tickets

The tickets went on sale at noon today for bond holders and season ticket holders. I have tried several times to reserve my seat but the process just fails. Anyone else having this problem?

I thought we were seeded so guaranteed to play the 2nd leg at home, therefore it would be the 25th.

I managed to put mine in the basket, didn't try any further as it may be on the 18th and there are train strikes.
